1. Understanding Our Service
SpeakSights is a voice credibility certification platform. When you purchase an assessment, you are paying for:
Comprehensive Analysis
AI-powered evaluation across 7 credibility dimensions
Detailed Report
Interactive dashboard with actionable insights
Badge Opportunity
Certification if you score 70% or higher
Improvement Guidance
Personalized recommendations for growth
Key Point: The service is the analysis and report, not the badge itself. Badge certification is earned based on your performance, not purchased.
2. No Refunds for Completed Assessments
Once you submit your audio and receive your credibility report, the service has been fully delivered.
There are NO refunds for completed assessments, regardless of the following reasons:
Score Dissatisfaction
You're unhappy with your final score or badge tier achieved
Not Qualifying for Badge
Score below 70% means you receive the report but no badge certification
Disagreement with Analysis
Subjective disagreement with AI analysis, feedback, or recommendations
Change of Mind
Deciding you don't want the service after receiving results
Poor Audio Quality (User Fault)
Low scores due to audio issues like background noise, unclear speech, or poor recording quality that you submitted
Already Used Free Retry
Requesting refund after using your one free retry attempt
Why this policy exists: Our AI processing, server costs, and analysis resources are consumed the moment your audio is processed. The service (analysis + report) is delivered regardless of your score.
3. Free Retry Program (Score Below 70%)
We want you to succeed! If you score below 70% and don't qualify for badge certification, you get ONE FREE RETRY to try again.
Free Retry Requirements:
7-Day Window
Must be claimed within 7 days of original assessment
New Audio Required
Must upload NEW audio recording (no re-uploads)
24-Hour Wait
Minimum 24 hours between original and retry attempt
Quality Standards
Audio must meet quality requirements (15-30 min, clear speech)
After Free Retry: If you use your free retry OR the 7-day window expires, additional attempts require payment of the full assessment price.
4. When Refunds ARE Provided
We WILL issue full refunds in the following circumstances where service delivery fails:
Technical Processing Failure
Our system error prevents analysis completion and no results are delivered to you
Server/API Failure
Analysis job fails due to our server or AI API issues and report cannot be generated
Duplicate Charge
Payment processing error results in multiple charges for the same assessment
Valid Dispute (Manual Review)
Our team confirms legitimate service delivery failure upon investigation
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Audio Submission
If you have paid but NOT yet submitted your audio for analysis, you may request a full refund within 2 days of placing the order by contacting support@speaksights.com.
After Audio Submission
Once you submit your audio and analysis begins, the cancellation window closes. Processing is immediate and cannot be reversed.
Order Processing Started
Cancellation requests may not be entertained if your order has already been processed and the analysis has been initiated.
6. How to Request a Refund
For valid refund requests (technical failures only), follow these steps:
Email Within 48 Hours
Contact support@speaksights.com within 48 hours of the issue with your Order ID
Provide Evidence
Include specific details about the technical failure (error messages, screenshots, description of issue)
Investigation
Our team will investigate and respond within 3 business days
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Payment Gateway: All payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (card, UPI, or wallet).
7. Badge Certification Clarity
Badge certification is NOT guaranteed. You are paying for the assessment and analysis service, not the badge itself.
What You're Paying For:
- AI-powered analysis of your voice across 7 dimensions
- Detailed interactive credibility report
- Personalized improvement recommendations
- One free retry if you don't qualify (score below 70%)
Badge Certification Requirements:
- Overall score of 70% or higher across all dimensions
- Meeting minimum thresholds in each individual dimension
- Clear audio quality and verified human voice
